Welcome to Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) by accessing and using our cybersecurity mentorship training program (“Services”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service (“TOS”) carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue using the Services immediately.
1. Scope
These TOS apply to all users of our Services, including participants, mentors, and visitors. The Services include access to mentorship, training materials, resources, and communication tools, all intended for the purpose of professional development in cybersecurity. The terms herein apply regardless of how you access the Services, whether through our website, mobile applications, or other means. These TOS do not cover the specific terms of third-party platforms or tools integrated into our Services.
2. Eligibility
To register for and participate in the mentorship program, you must be at least 18 years old. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. You must also provide accurate and complete information during registration, and promptly update your account information when necessary.
3. Account Registration
You are required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Mentors serve as guides and facilitators; however, they are not responsible for participants’ job placement, certification attainment, or any guaranteed outcomes. All results depend on the participant’s own effort, engagement, and performance.
5. Code of Conduct
All users of the Services are expected to behave in a respectful, ethical, and professional manner. Discrimination, harassment, offensive language, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
6. Payment, Subscription, Lifetime, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Certain features of our Services, including access to mentorship sessions and educational content, require payment. By purchasing a subscription or enrolling in paid Services, you agree to the following payment, subscription, and refund terms:
If your payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid portions of the Services. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made upfront according to the pricing structure provided at the time of registration. Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods through our payment processing system. By providing payment information, you authorize Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, including any recurring subscription charges.
Subscription Terms
Our Services may include subscription options that renew automatically unless canceled by you. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. If you do not cancel on time, no refunds will be issued for the charges incurred.
If you sign up for a free 7-day trial, you will not be charged at the time of registration. At the end of the 7-day trial period, the card on file will be charged for the selected subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription prior to the end of the trial period if you do not wish to be charged.
Electronic Communications Consent for Financed Accounts
By financing any program, service, or enrollment through Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS), you expressly consent and opt in to receive communications electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, payment reminders, billing notices, account updates, disclosures, statements, collections communications, and other account-related notifications.
You agree that all statements, notices, disclosures, and communications related to your financed account may be delivered electronically to the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided and maintained on file with Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS).
It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and current contact information with us at all times. Failure to update your contact information does not invalidate the electronic delivery of communications or statements.
By financing a program with us, you acknowledge and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing.
Lifetime Plan Payment Terms
If you enroll in our Lifetime Plan, you are required to make timely payments as agreed upon in the payment schedule. The following conditions apply for late or missed payments:
TryHackMe Access Limitation: Access to third-party lab platforms, including but not limited to TryHackMe, is provided as a supplemental educational resource and is not guaranteed for the lifetime of the program.
Participants may receive up to a total of twelve (12) months of TryHackMe access throughout their enrollment in the program. Access may be granted, paused, resumed, renewed, or discontinued at the discretion of Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) based on account standing, activity, participation, payment status, or program engagement.
The twelve (12) months of access refers to the cumulative total amount of TryHackMe access provided and does not require consecutive monthly usage. Any month in which access is granted, renewed, or otherwise made available to the participant may count toward the total twelve (12) month allocation.
After the total twelve (12) months of access have been utilized, Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) reserves the right to discontinue or decline further TryHackMe access unless otherwise approved in writing.
Access to third-party platforms may also be suspended, limited, or removed due to inactivity, non-payment, violations of these Terms, or changes made by the third-party provider.
Billing Date Changes
Participants may request changes to their billing date under the following conditions:
If your account is suspended and no payment arrangements are made within 30 days, your account may be referred to a collection’s agency, and any additional fees incurred during this process will be your responsibility.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written. We offer refunds only under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision regarding refunds will be final.
Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, we will notify you, and it is your responsibility to ensure the payment is successfully processed. If your payment method fails and remains unresolved, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
Returned Payments
If any payment is returned, rejected, or reversed by your bank or payment provider for any reason (including insufficient funds, closed account, or chargeback), a $50 Returned Payment Fee will be applied to your account. This fee is in addition to any late fees or charges outlined in TOS.
Collections Process
If your account is sent to a collection’s agency due to non-payment, we reserve the right to provide the necessary information to the collections agency to recover the debt. This may include your name, contact information, outstanding balance, and payment history. You will also be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the collections process, including legal fees, late fees, and interest.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made through the self-service billing portal located here. You will need your email address and Order Id. Your Order ID is located within your latest invoice. If you have issues locating your Order ID please reach out to help@susos.co.
Once you are logged into the portal, select show details to view the entire payment history for all payments.
Click the X icon next to the next scheduled payment. A pop-up window will prompt you to confirm your cancellation. Click “Yes, cancel it” and a request will be sent to our billing team to process the cancelation as soon as possible.
Please note that a cancellation cannot be reversed. All progress will be lost.
7. Referral Program
We may offer a referral program that allows participants or third parties to receive compensation for referring new enrolled members to our Services.
Referral compensation is capped at a maximum of $250 per successful referral. The referred individual must enroll in the program and have their payment successfully processed and cleared before any referral payment is issued.
We reserve the right to withhold, deny, or revoke referral payments in cases of suspected abuse, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, cancellations, or violations of these Terms.
Referral program eligibility, payout timing, and conditions are determined at the sole discretion of Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through the mentorship program, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, documents, and quizzes, is the intellectual property of Show up Show Out Security (SUSOS) or its licensors. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the content is strictly prohibited.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our Services may include third-party tools, platforms, and services for communication, payment processing, or analytics. By using these tools, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. Show up Show Out Security (SUSOS) is not responsible for any issues, data breaches, or damages that may arise from using third-party services. We recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platforms you interact with through our Services.
10. Automated Technologies and AI Usage
To provide a more personalized, efficient, and engaging experience, we may utilize automated technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) systems. These may include chatbots, recommendation engines, scheduling assistants, automated responses, or communication workflows across SMS, email, and our platform.
These tools are used to enhance service delivery, streamline support, send educational or promotional content, and improve user engagement. You acknowledge and agree that certain communications or features may be automatically generated or managed through such technologies.
Some automated services may be powered by third-party platforms, and by using our services, you consent to the use of such tools as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable third-party terms.

You’ll receive important updates, resources, and exclusive content straight to your inbox and via SMS. Our goal is to provide you with valuable information that will help you thrive and succeed.

Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the content, mentorship, or materials provided.

Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) provides the mentorship program and associated resources on an “as is” basis. While we strive to provide high-quality content and mentorship, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes, such as employment or certification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS) shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Show Up Show Out Security (SUSOS), its affiliates, mentors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise out of your use of the Services or your violation of these TOS.

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by posting the revised terms on our website, with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami, FL. Any disputes arising from these terms, or your use of the Services will be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or in the courts of Miami, FL.
